10 am– 12noon

It can be fun going for a winter walk with your own walking stick – good for measuring the depth of puddles, clearing your route and later in the year collecting blackberries.  Make a leather collecting pouch to attach to your walking stick or try out some green woodworking tools.

We will find and measure up and then decorate our own walking stick and then take it on a short walk to test it out.

We will start in the education Barn to make our creations and then venture outside so bring warm and waterproof clothes for a short walk.

£8 per child, accompanying adults free
