Alternate Tuesdays:  07:00 pm to 09:00 pm

Folk dancing knows no age barriers. There is certainly no upper age limit and you don’t have to come as a couple. You will be walked through each of the dances before the music starts and the Caller will guide you through the dances.

There are different dance formations including Longways (where you progress up and down the hall) Square set (4 couples in a set) , Circle dances.

Folk dancing is not only good exercise for the body but also for the mind.

We are a friendly group and new members are always welcome.
