The Mikado is one of the most famous and best loved of Gilbert & Sullivan’s comic operettas. Nanki-Poo loves Yum-Yum but she’s betrothed to Ko-Ko, the new Lord High Executioner. When the Mikado orders a beheading, Nanki-Poo and Ko-Ko try to come to an arrangement that doesn’t involve anyone loosing their head!

With seasoned professional Gilbert & Sullivan soloists, many who have worked for DOyly Carte Opera company, this is sure to be an entertaing evening of humour and beautiful music.
