Whether you have been jumping, twisting and flipping for years, or are totally new to it, Springfit is here to help. Our coaches are on hand to help you learn the exciting skills and tricks, regardless of ability level!
We have classes that start from age 2 to help little ones get started at a young age, while also gaining social skills, independence, co-ordination, balance, flexibility and core strength. There are also classes for children and Adults to leap into with a variety of classes such as Parkour, Beginners Gymnastics, All Abilities Trampolining, Adult-Only Gymnastics and Trampoline classes and even combined classes.
