Age UK East Grinstead & District
Age UK East Grinstead & District is an independent local charity promoting the well-being of older people and helping to make later life a more fulfilling and enjoyable experience.
We welcome anyone over the age of 50 to join us at Glen Vue, Railway Approach for a variety of activities and classes including pilates, tai chi, curling, languages, card and board games, computer club and IT help, crafts, music and lots more. We are always adding to the activities we offer so please follow our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/ageukegandd for up to date information.
We also offer hot lunches at Glen Vue from Monday to Friday or, if you prefer, you can have a 2 course hot lunch delivered to your door as part of our Rainbow Hot Meals service.
